Sodalite – Don’t ever be afraid to speak your truth. Speak with Love, say what you need to say. Hold Love in your thoughts as you speak the words. When we don’t say what we need to or speak our truths. Our minds become jumbled with conversations of what if, your Ego over takes you and life becomes a mess. You begin to second guess yourself and think you have done something wrong. Just say what you are feeling, no need to place blame. If someone has to be right and someone has to be wrong there is no love there it is coming from your Ego and will convince you this is wrong. When you speak your truth you feel vulnerable, nervous of the outcome and sometimes scared. When you speak with Love your inner light shines. You take back your power and find your inner strength. You discover you can stand up for yourself and no longer have to carry the situation forward. There is a time we all need to say something that we don’t for fear of hurting someone elses feelings or because of their reaction. When you speak with Love there is no blame, Hold yourself in Love and be true to you. Life is a journey we all have to go through. Walk your talk, Live in Light, Love and Peace.

Hematite – Do not worry, over think or over analyze every time something does not go the way you want it too. Learn to Trust the Universe and Believe you will get through. Never has anything ever stayed the same. Life is constan…tly changing and it is all part of the game. Sometimes you win and sometimes you lose. How you handle it is strictly up to you. So give yourself time to understand the way. You are here to evolve, learn and experience much along the path you travel..(there is about a 4 hour gap here during the writing of this message)…. We all come to a point where this journey will end and the next one will begin. What you stress and worry about will not matter at that point. Understand you are constantly moving towards the point where this occurs. The things you stress about are not of importance as you go through this porthole to the next journey. What is important is Love. Love carries you through all of it. Love flows into you, through you and from you. Your experiences here are what you create in your thoughts of what you need in order to learn and grow from the experience. They do not change the fact you will eventually come to the point where you must leave this journey and move through the porthole to the next. You do have the ability during this journey to create with Love and manifest your dreams. Enjoy this journey, all of it along the way. It does go fast and everything does change. Live, Love and Laugh, let go of any pain. Everyday is a new day to start again. Choose Love, let go of Fear. Manifest with Love, your thoughts create the reality. (the second half of this message came from a spirit I was speaking with during a reading this morning.)

Love is Creation. Love is a Vibration. Love is Energy. Allow Love to flow into you, through you and out of you. Stop for a moment and take a break. Breathe in deep as you read these words. Love is your Being, it brings you Light. It reconnects you to source and removes all fright. Give yourself a moment, just Breathe it in. Allow your thoughts to drift on the word LOVE. How does it make you feel from within? (to feel calmer and more relaxed…. Close your eyes say Love over and over in your head for a few moments. (say at least 10 times)) Use Love to change your life. Use Love to get rid of trouble and strife. Allow Love in to you. Call on the energy of Love. Love will carry you through. See the Love that surrounds you. Choose to Love all you do. Send out Love, send out Light. Trust the Love and allow yourself to receive.

Today’s message comes from Kyanite- Hold on to what you dream. Desire creates more then it may seem. When you open your heart to happiness. The past releases and helps you let go of the rest. Open yourself to what can be, allow yourself to dream. What is it you desire. What will help take you higher. What can you do today? How can you make the changes to start you on your way. All it takes is will and drive. Confirm with what you have inside. All is there for you to use. You have the abilities to pull you through. Trust with Faith all is alright. Shift your thoughts from dark to light. No fear where love resides. You are a light being inside. Focus on your inner light, you have the strength, everything will be alright. Releasing the past is not easy to do. You need to forgive, let go and have trust to pull you through. All that occurred helped you to grow. Rough times are fertilizer and give us the strength and will to achieve more. You choose to carry the thoughts of the past event/situation with you. While doing this you go over the event in your head several different ways and you lose the reality of what actually happened. Your perceptions shifts, creates an illusion and your thoughts turn the event over and over in your mind. To forgive the situation and those involved you need to first forgive yourself for creating it to happen, needing it to happen and allowing it to happen. Through understanding that you will attract that which you need to experience or choose to experience.This all comes to you through the thoughts/ beliefs that you have. All for your own growth and awakening. You are here to awaken to the knowledge that you created all of what you have experienced, gained and lost. You are here to awaken to Unconditional Love and to understand that you are a spiritual being trapped inside a human body. Your spirit ia infinate. You have power, knowledge and creation trapped inside you waiting to be utilized. Begin to tap into this power, knowledge and creation through becoming conscious of your thoughts, actions, words and reactions. The past is no longer occuring the situation or even can no longer hurt you. What is hurting or preventing you from moving out of it is the choice you make to continue thinnking of it. Ask yourself … can I let it go? Will I let it go? When? The more you do this the more you will be consciously releasing. Give it try, what have you got to lose other then missing the present…..

Well that week went fast. So much is happening and shifting all at once. I love the magic of Christmas time. It brings with it joy, love, peace, and happiness. For me life feels as if the veil is being lifted and I can see my life differntly. What used to seem important no longer is. Maybe this is getting older, or maybe it is a shift in consciousness. I choose to believe it is a shift in consciousness. I am seeing where I am and believe I choose to create my reality. I have looked back and see how far I have come. We all have to heal the past so we can move forward. We need to forgive ourselves and others for life situations and experiences. We choose to create what we need in order to learn/grow. Those around us are there to teach and deliver the lessons we need. Sometimes the lessons are delivered harshly and those times we need to see them with unconditional love. They are only doing what we need them to do for us. We are Divine Spiritual Light Beings here having a Human experience. We learn as we become conscious and awaken to this knowledge that we begin to see life differently. We begin to understand that Everything Happens For A Reason. We understand that the negative experiences we have had can be great teachers. We discover that we have the ability to create our realities. What do you want in your life? This is a question you need to ask yourself if you are even going to start changing your reality. How are you going to feel when you get it? Why do you want it? What can you do to make it a reality? Are you willing to do what you need to? You can not have a muscular body if you sit on the couch and eat chips all day. You need to lift weights and exercise. You are in control of yourself and only yourself. You can not control another persons thoughts. Learn to control your own thruogh becoming conscious of the way you think. Today during Spirit Talks with Kelly on Skype, I picked a crystal for the group. Black Onyx is what was chosen. The message we received was about the transitions happening now and into the early part of 2015. As we go through the next few weeks we will be effected by the energies around us and some of those energies will will banging into ours. Possibly in not a nice way. Some of those participating in todays group have already been noticing this happening. As these energies are banging into us we are experiencing growth and understanding that they are doing what they need to do. And that is push us through so we may transition. They may not be apart of our futures but they do assist us in getting there. We all spoke about our abilities to control our reactions and thoughts. To stop taking other peoples actions, or words personally. To understand that they are there to assist our journey even when it feels like they are hindering it or trying to destroy it. We do not have to give them the power over us. They can not control our thoughts or actions. We can decide where we choose to be. I found todays group insightful, informative and enjoyable. I just want to thank all of you who participated and look forward to next weeks session. 🙂

Rhodochrosite – Stop for a moment and look around all the people you see have lives too. They all have people who help to pull them through. Be kind as you go about your day. All of us are just actress/actors in the play. Everyone you see on your journey is there because somewhere in your movies of life you needed them there. They also needed you there or the paths would never cross. Sometimes we cross paths with someone for a few moments that impacts our lives. We never forget that person and we wonder if they rememeber us. Sometimes even Angels appear to us in human form and deliver a message so powerful our lives are never the same. Love is all around us, it is everywhere if you pay attention. Focus on LOVE energy and watch as your life transforms. If you are seeing lots of people arguing, are angry, or negative things happening around you then you are to focused on FEAR. Shift your thoughts, shift what you are looking at consciously. If your looking at something negative find something positive to look at. Nature is always a good positive to look at. It is a miracle occuring before your eyes. Stay conscious in the moment, treat those around you as you would like to be treated but not to the extent that people take advantage of your kindness. When you send out positive Love energy by consciously being aware of what you are thinking. When you catch yourself in a negative feeling just breathe for a second or two and say in your head I am Love and I am Light, you can even close your eyes if it is safe for you to do so at the time. I find reminding myself brings me back to a level of peace. All is happening as we need it to happen on our journey for our growth and evolution. Your stage is constantly changing as you go about your day. Even if just for a second you see it as a play and that everyone you see is doing their part to perfection. In your own thoughts give thanks for them being there and doing their part. Even if it was just to stand in front of you at the grocery store. You will begin to shifting your energy into a state of gratitude, which allows for the Love energy to flow through you. You begin to stop placing blame on others and start being able to forgive them for what they did or didn’t do because you now understand they were just doing their part in your play/movie to perfection. (to bad they had to be blown up in the process, joking on that thought lol) You discover that there is much to be grateful for and when you are consciously thinking grateful and positive thoughts there is no room for the negative ones and your life begins to be better. Allow yourself to have a better life by choosing to consciously create better. It doesn’t change over night and you need to do the work but if you do there is so much more you will achieve. Your life will become more peaceful and stress will not have a hold on you as tightly as it does. So let go, release, see with Love and you then will rise above. Sending out Love, Peace and Harmony today.

I truly believe everything happens for a reason. Sometimes the reason is not known immediately. When I look back at my life I see things that I experienced or went through that made me who I am today. I learned through the experience or situation and now can help others because of it. I see things that happened, that had they not happened, I never would be where I am today. Life is a mystery and why things happen is hard to accept sometimes as you are going through them. Some of life’s situations are there to help us grow and some there for us to teach. Some are situations that our soul needs to experience so that it can evolve. Transitions and changes are constant. You are constantly changing and evolving into the being you are here to be. You have the power to change all that you don’t like around you. Sometimes a conversation with someone you just met can effect the rest of your life. It can give you a key to unlocking your unknown abilities. I had a miscarriage with my second pregnancy and had that not happened I may not have found the keys to unlock my own abilities. I am grateful that it happened now, even though at the time it was horrible to go through. I now see that I needed that to happen so that I would follow the path and do what it is I am doing right now. Life will be what you create it to be, yet you must understand that some things have to be so that you can find that light you are seeking.

Today on Spirit Talks with Kelly via Skype we discussed the changing energy and how it is bringing up things from our pasts that need healed. We found together as a group we all had issues in our Sacral Chakras that were coming up for healing. We did a meditation directed through Arch Angel Michael in which he vaccumed out the dark energy in our bodies and replaced it with white sparkley energy. We all found it to be informative, helpful and very easy to do. Our Sacral Chakras hold our Emotional Identity, it is the I feel/want charka. It is about Creation, Sexuality, Emotions, Desires, Addictions and Actions. I found it very interesting that all of those that were participating in the session had similar issues. We discussed relationships, upbringing, and our emotional reactions and beliefs due to this. We found that we all were lead to believe that Man was superior to woman because of what we were told as little girls or through what we witnessed our Mothers or Grandmothers doing. We as a group were all from the generation when Women began to take a stand and prove that we were equal. Yet ingrained into us was a belief we were not. We found that we as a group felt that yes we deserve to have good relationships but we all have trouble trusting that a relationship would be equal. We discovered we all have some healing to do around this and were given some useful tools to help us release the past and create better for ourselves. Today’s message comes from Sodalite – Spend some time giving to you. Take a walk, clear your head, take deep breaths. All is shifting quickly now. Release and let go of how. Trust the Angels that surround you to bring to you what you need. All is provided if you are willing to see and take what is given when it is presented to thee. So many of you feel that you don’t deserve to have Angels assist you and deliver what it is they hear. Your thoughts create and bring to you, with Angels assisting all the way. They constantly surround you and hear what it is you say. It is their purpose to surround and provide for you. If your thoughts are all over the place and negative; they deliver that energy to you, because they hear you want more of it. Pay attention to yourself. Ask yourself what it is you really want. Focus your thoughts to create it. Ask your Angels clearly for what you need. Then step back and be willing to receive. Sometimes you can’t see what is right in front of you. Angels always provide. You must take chances and steps to allow things to change. Give yourself time to adjust. One step everyday will get you well on your way. Peace, Love and Light, Kelly
